Is a deposit required?

There is no security deposit associated with our service.

What is our refund policy?

No refund will be given for any trip that is completed, unless the fault has happened from our side. No refunds will be given for adverse weather, traffic delays, accidents, vehicle breakdowns or other unforeseen events.

Are parking fees or tolls included?

Any tolls or parking fees will be the responsibility of the client.

Do I need to tip the driver?

We recommend not tipping the driver, Incase if you want to tip them, let it be given directly to the driver.

What if my trip runs longer than expected?

Our trips are GPS tracked and automatic billing enabled. So no worries at all as the bill will get generated on the basis of what you travel.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept cash transaction through our corporate account number for monthly pays. In case of direct pay, you can pay the amount directly to the driver..

If I don't need the vehicle for the whole day, do I still need to pay for it all day?

No. Our service can be tailor made for your different requirements. You can only pay according to the requirement you choose for.

Is there a discount for taking more than one Vehicle?

Unfortunately rates will be fixed at the time of agreement with Rydey. These rates will be applicable throughout during the stipulated time agreed at the time of finalization.

When is final payment due?

10 days after submission of bills.

Do your Vehicles have air conditioning?

All 4 seaters and 6 seaters will be equipped with A/C. In case of coaches and buses it will be subjected to availability.

Is Vehicles able to travel long distances for Weekends for Personal Trips?

Yes. All Vehicles will be available on weekends also for personal trips.
